Types of Tournaments at Sega Poker

 

There are no less that twelve different types of tournaments at Sega Poker, so you are bound to find some that suit your game, style of play, and playing times.

Sit 'n' Go - These tournaments start as soon as enough players have bought in, so there is no set start time. Ideal if you decide to play on the spur of the moment.

Single Table - Here, the players each buy an equal number of chips, and play at one table until one player wins all the chips. The prize is distributed to the top finishers.

Multi- Table - Players at several tables compete, the winners from each table go onto the next levels of the game until one overall winner is found. The prize pot depends on the total amount staked by all players.

Freeroll - No entry fee or rake is charged for these games, with some games, a small prize (up to $250) is available for the winner.

Satellite - Here, the winner gains entry to a bigger tournament, usually with a greater buy - in amount.
